A moment or two of stillness in this simple position will calm you down:

  1. Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together
  2. Clasp your hands around your feet and pull you heels as closer to your body as possible
  3. Gently press your knees towards the floor. Take a few deep breaths
  4. Release your feet and relax
  5. Repeat
